Assignment 3

Add a comment explaining how you felt about the survey activity we just did. Explain: 1. if you liked it or not 2. how you learned 3. what you learned 4. if you would recommend doing a similar activity again 5. rate the activity 1-5 (5 being the best). You will be graded on whether you address all 5 points or not. Please double check your work to make sure you have included all 5 points. Your comment must be in paragraph form, using TOPIC 57 as your guide. Please proofread and edit your comment before adding it to this blog.

Assignment 2

On my math site I have linked several math games. We will all play the same one today. So, play the fraction, percent and decimal game 1 today. At 10:42 stop, and come back to this blog. Post a comment, with correct sentence structure and grammar, telling me the following: 1. Did you like the game? (respond with a complete sentence.) 2. Did you learn anything from the game? If so, what? Or did you know it all already, and this was just practice? 3. How many answers did you get correct, verses how many there were all together? 4. Would you like to play this game again? 5. Is this a game you would play at home for fun? You must answer all the questions to get full credit.

Assignment 1

Your first assignment is to go to msmccoskey.yolasite.com and look at the math page on Ms. McCoskey's site. At the bottom in the left column, you will see a current math link. Go to that link and play the percent game. Try level 1 first. If you do well, you may move to level 2. As you play, keep track of how many you get right and how many you get wrong. Then, click on the link to this blog and come back and make a comment. Your comment must include: How many problems you did, how many problems you got right, your evaluation of the game, what you learned and what you still need to learn about percentages. Be sure to type your name first so Ms. McCoskey will know to whose grade to add points.
